- Disputes are always pay-on-win — 20% of disputes won through Dispute Management. Cases we never recover, and disputes we never win, are never charged.

Regainly detects failed charges in your connected Stripe account, retries them on a smart schedule, and sends a dunning email sequence to the customer. It only uses the Stripe permissions recovery needs — retrying failed invoices, saving a customer's updated card, and submitting dispute evidence you approve. It can't issue refunds, move payouts, or cancel subscriptions.

When a dispute comes in, Regainly automatically drafts the evidence Stripe needs — using your charge data and, if you connect Shopify, real shipping/tracking details — and tracks the response deadline.
