Terms of Service

Last updated: August 8, 2026

The service

Regainly connects to a Stripe account you control, detects failed subscription charges, retries them on a schedule based on the decline reason, and emails your customers to help resolve declines a retry won't fix.

Your account

You must be authorized to connect the Stripe account you provide to Regainly, and to keep the restricted API key and account information you give us accurate and up to date. You're responsible for what happens in your connected Stripe account.

Fees and billing

There is no monthly fee. We charge a percentage of the revenue we can point to a specific action for — a retry we made, a dunning email we sent, or your customer using the card-update link we emailed them. Cases we never recover are never charged. Commission is billed to your account directly each month; we never deduct it from your connected Stripe balance. Your current rate is always visible on your Billing page.

Data

How we collect and use account, Stripe integration, and end-customer data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

You can stop using Regainly at any time. To disconnect your Stripe account or fully delete your account and its data, contact us at [email protected].

Disclaimer

Regainly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any particular recovery rate or outcome for any failed payment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Regainly isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Regainly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
